so why do we still have hundreds of homeless still sleepin gin our parks...i dont get it. they ticket an innocent lady but they wont do anything about the homeless.

Its like that in some parks in San Francisco. If you have no kids, stear clear of the park - or you get a $500 fine or jail time. They aint playin.
