i want one, tiger makes some cool ones too, and they are not that expensive. for the amount of time we spend on our pcs, its worth it

No i talked to a 'live guy' once at dell usa (needed to know something and there is no live help at europe sites), so he saw I was from europe and asked if i were planning on buying in the usa and shipping to europe. So i guess what you have to do is to talk with some of the live help people.

Nah, it'll work with both. Just need a different plug. Check the tech specs.
