Cadillac Sixteen?!? 1000hp?

On GM's site, it says this car has 1000HP, its a V16, has a 13.6 liters engine, 24" wheels, and its lighter than most cars since its made out of aluminum. Its a concept car that was out in 2003, and isnt sold anywhere. WTF??? Who in the world would buy a car with those specs right now? Let alone in 2 or 3 years? A freakin 16cylinders with a 13.6 liters engine???

Its a cylinder-on-demand motor, so its not always firing on all 16. They keep showing it on all them car shows on TLC and Discovery.

BFD, a 1000HP concept car. I think they keep bragging about it because of its 4 digit HP, its nothing special. After all, its still only a GM.

I think it open with an electro-magnetic key. Like you press a button and the magnet deactivates and the door opens. I saw something like that in a modified car show.
