hows spam arrest?

when i email peeps with my adult domain email im getting blocked when they use spam arrest. I dont want this, i only want REAL spam being blocked.

Mozilla thunderbird marks the spam very good (only real spam) but i cant seem to find an option that blocks it.

Im getting at least 300 spam mails a day now on my main addy and its starting to get VERY annoying.
