Do you think this winter season will be good for sales?
 

i have been making a living full-time online for 8 years now.

back in the day's of clinton, it would be no problem to make a 1/4 million a year with hardly any work.

folks had lot's of money to spend and joined websites without worrying about if they could afford it or not.

i'm hoping cold weather this season will bring in more sales to make up for a really slow summer.

Winter in cold climates is better than summer for porn sales. People stay inside more in the winter and College is back in.

I'm sure they'll be a increase just like it is every winter, however, things have changed. There's 3 states that are basically wiped out. Funny thing, is I got a sale from Metarie, LA the other day...lol. The economy is fucked up but people still need to get off. Either way, I love this biz... in it for the long-haul

If gas prices keep rising or fail to decline soon, people will start cutting down on enterainment and luxury purchases. This industry isn't insulated against this.

I think it' going to be an interesting winter... in the 6 years that I have been i the biz this has to be my worst September yet, things were starting to pick after Katrina and since Rita hit things have taken a nosedive again :disgust

If Gas prices keep rising, people will spend more time at home in front of their computer. :thumbsup

On one hand it may suck because fuel prices are high and no one might be able to afford heating and porn.

On the other hand because of fuel prices people might not go out anywhere so they want to sit at home, look at porn and masturbate.

Tough call
