I like white chocolate but only in small quantities. Otherwise, milk chocolate. Especially around easter, I love munching on those full size rabbit ears they sell in stores.

Take that recipe as a baseline, substitute 4 ounces of UNSWEETENED Mexican chocolate for the 2 ounces semisweet. Add 1/2-cup finely minced fresh jalapenos (with the seeds!), and a tablespoon or two of Tabasco, and it's awesome!
