Impeaching a U.S. President and putting him on Impeachment Trial is a rare occurrence.

It happened once in the 19th Century. Following the assassination of President Abraham Lincoln just a few days after the Civil War ended, taking his position was Andrew Johnson who angered key members of both houses of Congress b y threatening to finger them for their end-of-the-War-Between-The-States conspiratorial commodity speculations in opposition to Lincoln's proposed post-war policy to go easy on the South to get them back in the Union. Some in Congress, jointly with the French Rothschilds, bet on harsh treatment of the South, which would have made Southern farm products, particularly cotton, to zoom up in price to their immense profit. Johnson was Impeached and escaped by one vote from being removed from offi ce at an Impeachment Trial.

In 1998, President William Rockefeller Clinton was subject to Impeachment Resolutions and was put on Impeachment Trial in 1999. Under the U.S. Constitution's provisions, U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice William Rehnquist conducted the Senate Impeachment Trial of Clinton. At the trial, like a Commissar, Rehnquist sat in his black robes with gold stripes. Also, the Senate, made up mostly of war mongers, secretly got Clinton to agree, that right after he escaped removal, Clinton would authorize the U.S. to& nbsp;bomb Yugoslavia. Why? Yugoslavia demanded heavy payment from the Oil Cartel (which owns both houses of Congress) to permit the Caspian pipeline to go through the southern Balkans.

Under the U.S. Constitution, the President is subject to removal from office by Impeachment Trial and is still subject to federal criminal prosecution for criminal offenses.

In the Valerie Plame CIA leak matter, there is reason to believe that of the several Chicago Federal Grand Juries considering the matter, that one has concluded their work and has handed up through the Foreman, a True Bill, a federal c riminal indictment, to a federal judge.

Subject to Federal prosecution thereby are, as federal criminal defendants, among others:

GEORGE W. BUSH; RICHARD CHENEY and his Chief of Staff. "SCOOTER" LIBBY; THEODORE B. OLSON, Bush's attorney in Bush versus Gore in December, 2000, a private law partner of Eugene Scalia, son of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, and later Olson as Bush Administration, Solicitor General, favored High Court corrupter Mickey Mouse, Disney, which joined with Coca-Cola to corrupt five judges of the High Court in Bush versus Gore including Scalia and Rehnquist; and also indicted, several media hotshots not previously mentioned in the mass media. Scalia and Rehnquist are listed as unindicted co-conspirators.

Ostensibly handling, in secret, some aspect of the handed up indictment has been Chicago Federal District Judge Mark R. Filip (312) 435-5667. Some related and pertinent details.

In 1993-94, Filip was Law Clerk to U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia. His role at the mergers and acquisitions fixers and manipulators that represent one-half of the Fortune 250 industrial and service corporations, SKADDEN ARPS SLATE MEAGHER and FLOM:

From 1999-2000, Filip was Associate lawyer with the firm. He was Counsel 2000-2001. From 2001 up to about a year ago when Filip became Chicago U.S. District Judge, Filip was a Partner in the Skadden Arps firm.

In November and December, 2000, during the Electoral College vote controversy in Florida, key members of the DEMOCRAT PARTY in southern Florida were bribed to stop the Gore vote recount. This paved the way for the matter of Bush versus Gore to end up in the U.S. Supreme Court.

This Obstruction of Justice by bribery pay-offs to members of the DEMOCRAT PARTY, was arranged by former Secretary of State in the Daddy Bush White House, James Baker 3rd, reputedly jointly with fixers/manipulators, called b y some "Mergers & Acquisitions Pirates", certain members of the Skadden Arps law firm.

Skadden Arps attorney Mark R. Filip was in a position to know about this Obstruction of Justice and with Theodore B. Olson, Filip reportedly participated in the same.

Used for the bribery pay-offs were illicit funds amounting to forty million dollars of the co-founder of the Colombia Medelin dope cartel, Carlos Lehder. a business partner of Daddy Bush.

Filip is apparently part of a Chicago Federal Courthouse scheme to deal with the Bush indictment, in secret, quashing the same on false contentions that it involves defects of law and fact.

In the same courthouse is the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit. In the appeals court sit three judges who along with Justice Scalia were professors together, one being the Dean, of Rockefeller's University of Chicago Law Schoo l. These four judges, while on the bench, represent the Billion dollar stock portfolio of Rockefeller's University of Chicago. The investment matters are of large firms represented by Skadden Arps. The four judges violate the federal criminal perjury la ws by filing as supposedly true and correct, their mandatory annual financial disclosure forms, intentionally omitting that on the bench they represent the selfsame portfolio of stocks and do not disqualify themselves.

Dealt with in earlier parts of this series is the corruption of Theodore B. Olson, including that he is the reputed "bagman", among other places, as to judges "for sale" in the Chicago Federal Courthouse.

Many federal judgeships are bought with criminal funds. Most of the judgeships in the Chicago Federal Courthouse were bought/arranged by the GOP, by Reagan/Daddy Bush, with Daddy Bush arranging matters for Hollywood-script-memoriz er Ronald Reagan, as well as by or for George W. Bush. So, in the Chicago Federal Courthouse, Judge Mark R. Filip has plenty of corrupt helpers acting as supposed Judges having taken an oath to supposedly support the U.S. Constitution.

On orders of George W. Bush, the FBI covered up some of the foregoing details of which they became well aware when investigating Mark R. Filip as a presidential nominee to the Chicago federal court bench.

Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald has a difficult task. He has openly tangled with some of the Chicago federal judges regarding Edgewater Hospital against which there have been claims of healthcare fraud done by the doctors/h ospital staff. Some of the federal judges in Chicago have for years a secret financial interest in the hospital which has had plaques on the walls praising crooked Chicago federal Judges.

One of those who might have assisted Fitzgerald in secretly dealing with grand jury problems was intimidated to keep hands-off as a result of her husband and mother being murdered. That is the matter of Judge Joan Humphrey Lefkow, the murders having occurred in February, 2005 and falsely blamed by the FBI on a lone assassin instead of the Russian mafiya which is tight with the Chicago FBI. Two More Wars

Mired in interminable conflict in Iraq and Afghanistan, the Bush administration is moving toward initiating two more wars, one with Iran and one with North Korea. With no US troops available, the Bush administration is revamping US war doctrine to allow for "preventative nuclear attack." In short, the Bush administration is planning to make the US the first country in history to initiate war with nuclear weapons. The Pentagon document, "Doctrine for Joint Nuclear Operations," calls for the use of nuclear weapons against non-nuclear adversaries in order "to ensure success of US and multinational operations."
In the case of Iran and North Korea, the Bush administration is using diplomacy not for diplomatic purposes of reaching agreements, but in order to set the two countries up for nuclear attack. In the case of Iran, the Bush administration's plan is now obvious. The Bush administration is leveling false charges against Iran, just as it did against Iraq, of conspiring to make nuclear weapons. These charges are known to be false by the Bush administration and by the entire world.

For the past two years the International Atomic Energy Agency has had unfettered access to inspect Iran for any sign of a nuclear weapons program. The head of the IAEA has announced that there is no sign of a weapons program. The Bush administration nevertheless insists that Iran is making weapons, but can produce no evidence. As in the case of Iraq, the Bush administration substitutes allegations for facts.

By bullying the 35 members of the IAEA, the Bush administration last week managed to get 22 votes that could lead to the referral of Iran to the UN Security Council. The Bush administration will now lobby for the referral. Once it has the referral, even if the Security Council does not act on it, the Bush administration can use it as an excuse to attack Iran. The Bush administration knows that few Americans have any knowledge of international law and procedures and will simply believe whatever President Bush says. The highly concentrated US media is a proven walkover for the war-mongering Bush administration.

As Dr. Prather has shown, Iran has gone beyond compliance to propose that new additional safeguards be established to monitor its nuclear energy program. The bad intentions are on the part of the Bush administration.
The Bush administration's plan is to create Iranian intransigence in place of cooperation by forcing the Iranian government to stand up to the bullying by reducing its cooperation. The goal of the Bush administration is to attack Iran, not to create cooperative relationships.

Needless to say, Iranians are angry at the Bush administration's manipulation of the IAEA members. Last Wednesday protesters in Tehran attacked the British embassy, which serves as a proxy for the non-existent US embassy, and legislation was introduced that, if it passes, will scale back Iran's cooperation with the IAEA. Iran has also threatened to cut off oil deliveries to some of the countries that caved in to US pressure, thereby permitting the US to increase tensions and escalate the conflict.

The Bush administration is betting that it can demonize Iran the way it did Iraq. As both Congress and the American public have failed to hold Bush accountable for deceiving them about Iraqi weapons of mass destruction, the administration assumes that its tactics will work a second time. However, a nuclear attack on Iran would leave the Bush administration isolated. The US would instantly become a pariah nation, loathed and hated everywhere else.

Moreover, it would leave our battered troops in Iraq in a perilous situation. The only reason our army in Iraq has not been destroyed is that the Shi'ites, who comprise the vast majority of the population, have not taken up arms against us, expecting the US to turn over Iraq to them. As the Iraqi Shi'ites are allied with the Iranians, who also are Shi'ite, the US cannot attack Iran without destroying its position in Iraq.

The Bush administration, filled with hubris and delusion, is too stupid to know this.

The American people need to ask themselves why of all the countries in the world, only the US and Israel believe that it is imperative to attack Iran. If Iran is such a threat to the world, why isn't Russia, for example, concerned and ready to invade?

Americans need to ask themselves the same question about North Korea. Why is the US, half a world away, so concerned about North Korea? If North Korea is such a threat, would not China, sitting on its border, know it? Wouldn't Japan know it? South Korea? Wouldn't some other country besides the US see the problem and take action? According to the Voice of America (August 11, 2005), "Senior South Korean officials on Thursday defended what they say is North Korea's 'natural right' to pursue civilian nuclear power. The move may cause friction with the United States, which has expressed firm opposition to the North having any nuclear facilities whatsoever."

If the US doesn't want other countries to develop nuclear weapons, the US must stop bombing, invading and threatening invasions and nuclear attacks. How does President Bush serve the cause of peace by making countries paranoid by declaring them to be our enemies?

For there to be peace, the US must drop its belligerent role. The proper function of diplomacy is to build trust by drawing countries into economic and cultural relationships, not to isolate them for attack. It is past time for the US to give up its quarter century feud with Iran. US interference in Iranian internal affairs was the source of the feud. We need to acknowledge it and get over it.

The Korean war ended a half century ago. Isn't it time the US acknowledged the war's end and signed a treaty with North Korea? The Korean war was essentially a war between the US and China. It was Chinese troops that prevented American victory. Yet we are getting on with China, a much greater potential threat to the US than North Korea or Iran could ever be.

By creating instability in the Middle East, the US undermines Israel's security. As a few thousand Iraqi insurgents have proven, American armies are not going to be able to sit over the oil in the Middle East. If we can't produce enough valuable goods or maintain a strong currency, we won't have access to the oil. There is no possibility whatsoever of the US pushing around powers like China, India, or Russia.

Bush's hubris makes him unrealistic. He greatly overestimates America's power. Congress and the American people must find a way to supply the judgment that is missing in the executive branch.

There would be no terrorism if the US would stop interfering in the internal affairs of Middle Eastern countries and if Israel stopped stealing the West Bank from the Palestinians. The Bush administration knows this, and that is why the administration spreads the propagandistic lie that "they" (Muslims) hate us and our way of life. This lie is the excuse for American aggression.

that President Bush and Vice President Cheney were actually involved

This would explain why Bush spent more than an hour answering

fundamentally change the dynamics of the scandal. President Bush could

September 30, 2005 -- The Bush spinmeisters' Kabuki dance with
Patrick
Fitzgerald. There is an interesting stylized dance taking place
between
the White House and Patrick Fitzgerald, the Special Prosecutor in the
CIA leak case.
For weeks, there have been rumors inside the Beltway that something
big
would be announced about the case during the last weeks of September.
The silence and lack of substantial leaks were indications that a
major
turn of events would soon occur. Yesterday afternoon, the White House
quickly swore in John G. Roberts as Chief Justice, just hours after
his
Senate confirmation. Rather than wait for the next morning and thus
get
two days of puff ball coverage by the media, the White House wanted
to
clear the calendar on Friday for a possible announcement by
Fitzgerald.
The White House, unsure of what might be coming from the prosecutor,
floated the story that Bush would "definitely" name a replacement for
Sandra Day O'Connor on Friday.

But then New York Times reporter Judith Miller was quickly released
from
prison in Alexandria Thursday night. No one expected it. In fact, the
cable news channels were forced to show over three month-old file
footage of Miller entering the US Courthouse in DC because they were
also caught unprepared by the surprise announcement and lacked lead
time
to get reporters to the US Courthouse in Alexandria where Miller had
been held for 85 days.
It was then announced that Miller had decided to cooperate with
Fitzgerald and testify today before the Grand Jury in Washington, DC.
Not surprisingly, the White House spin Kabuki dancers, fully
expecting a
Friday announcement from Fitzgerald, altered course and announced
that
Bush would not name a replacement for O'Connor until some time next
week. The White House, unsure of when Fitzgerald might announce
indictments, wants to keep the Supreme Court announcement ace up its
sleeve in order to compete for news coverage when Fitzgerald makes
his
announcement.
It is clear that Miller was the missing link in Fitzgerald's criminal
probe of the leak that a number of CIA insiders have told this editor
was "devastating" to the agency. Miller's attorney claimed that Vice
President Dick Cheney's Chief of Staff I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby, a
target of the leak probe, had released her from a confidentiality
pledge. But that agreement had already been reported months ago.
Something has changed. A former Justice Department prosecutor told
this
editor that Fitzgerald is the type of prosecutor who starts low in
the
food chain and works his way up to nab the big fish. Fitzgerald is
said
to have, very early on in the case, "flipped" John Hannah, Libby's
deputy.
One possible explanation for the sudden turn of events regarding
Miller
and Libby is that Fitzgerald may have also "flipped" Libby as a
witness.
A promise of limited immunity to Libby would have cleared the way for
testimony from Miller on what she discussed with Cheney's chief of
staff. That means the ultimate target of Fitzgerald could be Cheney.
There's an interesting footnote to the Cheney family's recent
activities. Lynne Cheney was recently spotted at a Washington, DC
Pottery Barn buying items for the Cheney's new $2.7 million house in
St.
Michael's on the eastern shore of Maryland. The Cheneys will be close
neighbors of the Rumsfelds.
Dick Cheney recently had surgery on two aneurysms behind his knees,
thus
taking him out of the public spotlight more than is the usual case.
The
Soviet leadership, which the Bush administration has striven so much
to
emulate, used to exile their sacked leaders to dachas in the
countryside. Might the same thing be in store for a Vice President
named
as an unindicted co-conspirator in the CIA leak case? A quick
resignation prior to the 2006 elections and replacement by a Rudy
Giuliani or George Pataki, or [shudders] Jeb Bush? And, of course, in
traditional GOP fashion, a presidential pardon of unindicted
co-conspirator Cheney (a la Gerald Ford and unindicted Watergate
co-conspirator Richard Nixon).
Meanwhile, GOP congressmen are beginning to abandon former House
Majority Leader Tom DeLay. They are undoubtedly aware of the
connections
of DeLay to mobster money funneled by indicted GOP lobbyist Jack
Abramoff. Even a puff piece by reporter Mark Leibovich on DeLay in
yesterday's Washington Post's Style section did little to stop the
continual shark bites on DeLay from his GOP colleagues. Of course,
DeLay's troubles come at the same time that one of his major
supporters,
the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) and the Israeli
government, face an aggressive espionage probe by U.S. Attorney for
Eastern Virginia Paul McNulty -- indicted Defense Intelligence Agency
official Larry Franklin has agreed to a plea bargain in return for
his
cooperation as a prosecution witness.
After almost five years of incessant outrages by the Bush regime, I
have
never been more optimistic that the tide may be beginning to turn.

On last evening's edition of "Shop Talk from Plot HQ" for Sunday,
October 2, 2005, hosts Lenny Bloom and Sherman Skolnick reported
that
ABC News has confirmed there are impending indictments of both
George
W. Bush and Dick Cheney. The revelation was made by none other than
George Stephanopolis on the Sunday morning news show "This Week".
Stephanopolis proclaimed his information came from "reliable
sources".

"Without knowing it, we are working for ABC News, we are their
'reliable sources', Skolnick and Bloom said jokingly.

Skolnick and Bloom theorized now that Stephanopolis has leaked this
historical information, it is likely that the major networks
particularly, ABC and CBS, will begin immediately preparing news
specials on this potentially explosive story of these indictments.

"They are trying to prepare the American people so it's not a
shocker," said Bloom .

Bloom asked Skolnick how he saw the scenario playing out after Bush
and Cheney are removed from office. Skolnick has reported in the
past
that he foresees a three-headed government emerging for a temporary
period of time in what he has termed a "troika".

"'Troika' is a Russian word for a wagon pulled by three horses'"
said
Skolnick. "And I have surmised that will we will have a three-
person
administrative emergency panel made up of (Albert) Gore, the actual
President, not inaugurated, some (military) general, who is not a
war
monger and some other third person that they will select and they
will run the government in the absence of the presidency. In other
words, we will get into an emergency situation where an election
cannot do the trick anymore."

Skolnick also expressed his concerns on how the Bush administration
and those who control them, may respond to this latest development.

"I think our government will be discredited and swept away because
this stooge and scapegoat, George W. Bush, supervised by his father
who is not now an elected official at all, on behalf of the Queen
of
England and the Anglo-American aristocracy, has controlled what is
going on in the united states and so I am very concerned that they
may in the very near future create an earthquake scenario.
