It looks like a pretty standard script - its the skin than makes it.

Either of the Nukes would do it - but if you are willing to take some time learning it, Mambo is pretty good. There is a Dreamweaver plugin as well that makes it real ez to create your own look.

looks like it could be PHP nuke too. it is pretty versatile and has lots of plugin modules

Thx Damian! These CMSs are all new to me and I have a hard time choosing the right one. I have been checking and e107 and phpfusion which both seem pretty good. Anyone have any input to that?
