how many blogs should a webmaster make to get decent traffic ?

who says it takes more than 1? :)

depends. pick something, make it unique. something that is like no other blog out there. something that will catch the surfers eye. so they will bookmarkit. you want more surfers coming back. when you are sending to links send to no consoles. dont want to piss them off. offer a newsletter on your blog. thats valuable. send out a newsletter once a month with free links and such.

maybe pick a niche specific blog, teen is overdone. pick something wacky. up to you. some people find managing too many blogs is too much. others dont.

has info on different blog tips, blog advertising. in about 3 days i will be giving away a free plug on www.phun.org which has about 200,000 of bookmarked traffic a day.

the plug will send about 12-20k of clicked visitors. and will stay in the archive.

deciding how i am going to pick the winner.

I don't think the ammount really matters ...

Personally I think 18 is good, but I guess if you wanna be all crazeeeee & stuff, 27 could work too.
