Topbucks Sales Disappearing?
 

-I posted this on AWI as well, for those of you who seen both, I apologize for the reapeat, but wanted to ask the GFY folk as well...


I am way confused here. I checked my stats about 45 minutes ago. I had a sale. I went take a shower, and I look at my stats again, all my hits have decreased, my sale disappeared, and it says I only had 3 hits throughtout all the sites I promote? WTF?

This is completely incorrect. Anyone familiar with this?

Our stats program is tracking correctly and we are unaware of any problems. If you provide me your account info, I will be happy to look into it more to make sure that everything is tracking right.

I had a similar problem with another affiliate but on a much larger scale...

And three different people at my company saw it happen so there was no mistake.

Well I didnt want to jump to any conclusions, I know how things are and I've never heard any bad things about Topbucks, this is my first sale is only why I am a bit discontent.

What was weird was I even clicked and looked at referring URL's for the sale, no big deal, I just started promoting Topbucks so Im not even sending much traffic yet...

I see your stats for today, but you said that this was "your first sale"... I show you had a sale on the 25th, so is it possible that you were looking at the period's or another days stats and thought it was todays?

try doing a test buy yourself and seeing if you get credit?

I truly apologize. And am quite a bit embrarrasssed now, I will shut up.

yes, I had been clicking "today" everytime I check my stats instead of the total. With so many stat interfaces I again apologize for my own ignorance.
