Yep I had them so bad when I was a baby that my mom could not pust a diaper on me. She was lucky that I would either tell her I had to go, or I would walk into the bathroom, and get in my baby tub.

I got them when i was 21 and that shit sucked! I had them everywhere, my throat, ears, eye lids, all over the damn place. I took about two or three oatmeal baths a day. That shit was nooooo fun. The older you are the worse they are.

Yes, when I was 6. A friend had them, so the mothers made a sleepover so we would all get them. Funtimes.

My ex got them when he was 19. Horrible stuff. Scars and everything.

No joke. You are doing your child a favour by getting them early. If you get them when you're older, it can even cause impotence in males, from what I remember.

Not sure how it is in Canada, but we've had a chicken pox vaccine here in the States, since at least the mid-90s. If you went into most k-5 grade schools here and asked how many kids have had c.p., the numbers would be very, very low. Most kids born (here) these days will never experience it.

I had them when I was 5. My dad never got them, even though he had 3 siblings that all came down with them and even took care of me when I had them.

Yep, there is a vaccine available now...children are offered it in grade 6 in the school vaccination program if they haven't already had the disease. My two older children had it when they were 4 and 1 but our smallest hasn't. He'll be immunized before that happens.

Nope, never had them. My sister and brother both had them. My mom and I, neither one, have had them.

Tried this when my daughter was little. She was the only kid who didn't catch it. She is 11 and still hasn't had them. My stepson had them when I was 8 mos. pregnant, but I didn't catch them then either.

first when i was 11y.o. then my second was a year ago (September '04) and my doctors called it Herpes Zoster or Shingles (http://www.skinsite.com/info_herpes_zoster.htm)

yup..when I was a kid. We were watching Saturday morning cartoons and I watched them appear on my sister and then the next day I had them.

yup when i was 4 i had 'em. only thing i remember about them was i had to put on this pink lotion shit all over myself.

I had them twice. Once when I was 4 or 5 when my big sister had it and passed it to me. The 2nd time was just a couple years ago when I was 28. It was around Christmas so I'm assuming I got it from some damn kid while out shopping.

The only good thing about the 2nd time around was that I got to do paybacks... I gave them back to my big sister who had given them to me the 1st time around. :D God she was pissed. lol

only once when I was 11 years old.
