man is your affiliate area confusing as hell! I click marketing tools, then there is a big banner at the top that says hosted galleries (but there are none, just a bunch of banners) . The front page says ccbill webmaster login, but it should be 'sign-up'. I can't stand affiliate programs wasting my time with broken shit.

Yes under "marketing tools" there is a banner for hosted galleries but that's only available for legitimate sponsors. You need to log in the partners area to access them. The banner states they are available but not necessarily right there.
