Just to clarify, email campaigns will get paid per email as well as per signup for those Fridays? So would someone on a per signup campaign be better off switching to per email for those days to get a little extra?

For pay per email campaigns, you will be paid the highest amount of the two -either what you earned per signup or what you earned per email. Since you will be getting $100 per signup, that will almost always be the best payout.
