Directnic wants me to fax them "proof" ....
I got an e-mail today from Directnic wanting me to update my WHOIS info. I just moved offices, and I have no idea how they might know that, so I update...and now they want "proof" of my new addy.
Is this a scam?? Do I need to be worried?? |
Someone might be interested in one of your domains and they probably contacted Directnic. Just make sure everything is up-to-date!

Contact MikeAI and confirm it first if you are in doubt.

Thanks! |
Did you make sure the links in that e-mail actually went to Directnic's site and not a site that just LOOKED like their site? Could be a phishing scam.
