Hi all, I just start a forum discuss WEB Technology ,Program Development ,scripts.... Hope u'll find some help or post some useful tips there.

Spamming your forums here wont get you anywhere. I know how hard it is to start up some forums, especially highly targeted mainstream forums. You might want to head on over to sitepoint.com and visit their "Building a Community" section of the forums. This will help you get members and posts, and sort of fill things out some.

Also, toss up at least one banner or some google adsense on your forums. Your forums will most likely attract mostly webmasters, and if they dont see some form of non-intruding advertising, they might assume you don't care about the forums, and don't care to keep them funded properly.
