True story....the most cool way I ever heard somebody sack a guy!

Boss asks guy into office...and tells him:

I want to have a chat with you...I would like to tell you that
that this company wouldn't know how to continue without you.
We honestly don't know.....But from starting tomorrow we're going to try!

that was true because it happen to me,,,

but that was OK because they gave me 6 weeks of severance
pay,,,
