html question...
 

i have 3 frames, a header frame at the top...a left side column frame, and a right side main frame. only the left side frame goes down far enough to need a scroll bar. how do i make it so there is only one big scroll bar for the whole page instead of just for the little frame on the left?

I don't think you can do what you're looking for with frames

use a table and table cells.
