been using topbucks.....first month, had 1 in 180 conversion
2nd, 1 in 2000. i dunno what the hell happened...top bucks is still hell of a company, but too many people using them now

but it is getting better. The shit is loading finally, and they use jettis now.

Ox Cash is probably as used as Top Bucks. I see their content about 20 times a day on galleries submitted to me. They do convert decently though.

Do they even have a webmaster referral program anymore?

are they even taking new webmasters?

No refferal program and no New webmasters at the moment, they are still trying to deal with the over saturation.
