i have never had any luck with most programs emailing back, best to contact by phone or icq support, tanker will answer your questions. hes a good guy. must have gotten misplaced :/

Shane is pretty easy to get ahold of on ICQ.. try that :)

I've never had a problem with support in over four years. Most recently I asked about COHF DVD content and received this reply:

I have dealt with Cash Titans/Cohf for years, they are top notch dudes. If they got your e-mail I can assure you they would respond. Shane is probably the best one to contact and if not Shane I would suggest Jim.

I'm sorry you have had trouble getting in touch with us. I'm not sure what the issue is on why you emails aren't being returned, but I'll find out.

Maybe you can start by telling me which email address you were sending emails to and what address you were sending from. Also, why didn't you try to reach me on ICQ, or MSN, or my toll free 800 # all of which are on the contact page at http://www.cashtitans.com/contact.htm We also have 2 reps that are located in The Netherlands that you could have contacted locally.

I personally try to email all webmasters questions back within a minimum of 24 hours, so I regret that 12 months of emails didn't get one reply.

Cash Titans always has great support. Maybe your mail never got through. I always get instant support. Is it a possibility that the mail never got through? Im sure.

I went from 1-700 with them last year to 1-5000 this year. Tried contacting them but heard nothing back. Rebills are non-existent. I've sent them over 1500 signups over the years - You think Shane would have the courtesy to reply. But thats OK - there are plenty of other sites to promote.

I haven't recevied any emails from you, and I'm on ICQ and MSN about 16 hours per day. I always make it a point to try to contact everyone back in no less than one day, but usually before the end of that business day.

As I stated to FreeOnes in the previous reply, if for some reason you didn't reach me on email, you could have contacted me on ICQ and MSN which are on the support link. I get several hundred emails per days as does every webmaster or program owner on this board, so if you have been overlooked in the email then that could be an error on my end, but I know for sure that I have never received and ICQ or MSN message from you that I have not responded to.
