paid a decent amount for it
as I needed one fast
The shit is broken and whoever owned it before did some shit to it where the fucking usb wont work on it right
the driver wont take to it or some shit


i call the company up ( auctiondrop.com ) and they tell me okay we can refund you the money including the 40$ shipping i paid BUT they will charge me a 10% restocking fee and wont refund MY shipping cost and I have to OVERNIGHT IT and it will cost 98$ to overnight the camera :/

did you use a credit card to pay?

I think even PayPal will cover you for that.

ask for their fedex account number so that the overnight can be charged to them. If they ship a lot of stuff, I KNOW that they have their own account number with fedex.

shitty thing is if you chargeback you could land yourself as an untrusted buyer through their processor.

I've never liked the idea of buying electronics off of ebay. Seems like most of the shit you see from the "power sellers" is refurbished crap or something that's fell off a truck and has some defects.

I don't know about where you're from, but in Australia, NO MATTER WHAT A SELLER (Shop, auctioneer, WHATEVER) says (must return in packaging, restock fee, etc), they MUST refund TOTALLY if a product is not as described.

IT doesn't matter dick what they say on their sites. Call up your Fair Trading Comission ( or equiv. ) and you'll soon find out. People back down super quick when they're faced with losing their company.

Good luck with charging back.. I tried when I got something that was defective.. There "processor" on ebay has a no chargeback policy all sales final no refund. (as is) And BOA was the one that was gonna do a reverse

At least you've got the negative feedback option. Leave them something really nasty. Of course, sometimes if you threaten negative feedback if they don't fix the wrong they've done, they will suddenly act all charming and give you what you want.

Thats assuming they hava a rep to protect.
