The kind that comes in the little plastic container. UNless you want to be on a VERY FAST weight loss diet.

I wish I hadn't have missed it this year. Hope it was a fun as the last!

that "dont drink the water" thing is old....

unless you go to very poor places, you can drink water in mexico

actually a lot of the water sold in the us is bottled in mexico,
