I use to use ev1servers, but they aren't selling domains currently.

I use namecheap.com now. $8.88, and you get a free 'WhoisGuard' to keep yourself anonymous.

GoDaddy starts their bulk pricing at 50 I believe. Come up with 20 more and you can use them.
