Suppose a new guy entered the adult biz and wants to start with mgp and tgp galleries. Is it still possible for him to get rich without investing money in paid spots and partner accounts?

Short answer, "yes".

As has been said any number of times before on this, and most adult webmaster boards, and sites, if you are a newbie, actually do your homework, read and research, you would know the proper way to do it, hence making some coin.

If you are just going to be lazy, and one of the 6 month burn outs who did not do their homework, submitted the cookie cutter freebies, and expect to make some coin with the same seen a hundred time rerun gallery submissions, no.

A newbie should also consider submitting freesites to Linklists these days.
I still think (know) that there's more money to be made with TGP and MGP submissions, but Linklists might give better results if you don't have any TGP/MGP partner accounts.

I think it could be very hard to make some good money from free listing these days.
If you're going to try it, make sure you put a lot of text in your galleries and optimize them for SE's.
