I've been away for some days, just came back on and was checking in at ePassporte finding this message.

''ePassporte monitors your account closely to insure that your funds are protected from fraudulent use. Your account has been temporarily suspended, pending our investigation, due to unusual activity.''

Never had any problems with ePassporte before but i've heard many stories about dealing with there cs deparment.

Time to find out :Oh crap

If any reps are around i have a few questions also..

On my old electron card i was given the option to put "Homer J. Simpson" as my name on my card , but when my new one arrived it came to my actual name.

Also when i log into my account it says my new electron card is "not verified" or something , but ihave verified it and reset the pin numerous times , but it still says that. Its not a problem because the card works fine with the old PIN number , but must be a bug in the system or something
