AdultWire, there is always Commission Junction, they currently have 29 Advertisers in the "Credit Cards" category. Capital One pays up to $40 for each approved card, and there are a few others that look like good programs.

I started filling in an application there and was a bit taken back to not see an "Adult Entertainment" type entry in the dropdown list where I have to choose what type of site I run.

I also checked out a couple of banks directly, and their affiliate programs all seem to stipulate "no ads on adult sites".

Yeah, I wondered if you were intending to advertise on Adult sites. Unfortunately, and IMO it's stupid, most if not all these programs do not allow it.
