Hey man, if you made 1 million minutes with eurodialers, you'll get the Ferrari + all the money you've earned with the dialer, so I think you can pay the taxes yourself ... No ?

He is asking if he could get the ferrari in cash, instead of the ferrari itself, because he would pay a lot of taxes to get it...

He doesnt ask if he CAN pay the taxes, he just doesnt want to...so he asks if he could get the prize in cash.

He can have it, and sell it in Europe without paying any tax to bring it un the us, then he can have the cash !
The Ferrari is brought so if he want to sell it why not ! It's HIS Ferrari he can do what he want with it, and we can help him selling it ...

yeah, a webmaster will make 1mil minutes on a dialer, get a ferrari and will face a problem on taxes...very realistic.
