CCbill programs with multiple sites?

If someone has a CCbill revshare program with multiple sites does the webmaster have to sign up for each site individually to promote them? Or can they all be put under one "program"?

Jakke PNG 09-25-2005 11:11 AM

They can be put under one program.
However then affiliates (to my knowledge) won't be able to see site specific conversion ratios in ccbill's admin, as all hits go thru account 0000

We have all of ours in one program and so far only use CCBill.

if you do that itll end up in the webadmin/prg owners admin as

0000 456.654.676
0001 125
0002 65

etc etc messed up, we still got some 0000 hits from 2 yrs ago, the sites not even there anymore but ppl still send without the & redirect, you gotta use that yes.

just checked www.solarcash.com they work the same way with the & html, and no, overal 1:441 this month, clicked subaccount and it does NOT display the subacc ratios.

Weird. So the webmaster never knows if the 10 sales were

9 times 1:15 and 1 times 1:985

or

10 times 1:100

hmm annoying

Thanks.

We're working on something new and were thinking of using CCbill's admin because alot of webmasters trust it more.
But if what thinkx is saying is true then that kind of sucks....you won't know which sites you're sending sales to if it's all under one program....or you'll have to sign up to a bunch of different programs and check a bunch of different stats in order to know what's what.

you wont know what site did what ratio no, or maybe im missing something... its not that much of a problem for dutchteencash since all sites convert around the same ratio, but if you got a 1:10k and a 1:200 site then it is yes...

make sure youre asking the prg owner what site does what ratio

Biggy 09-25-2005 11:44 AM

if all the sites are on the same ccbill account, and grouping is turned on, they can sign up for all of them once. if grouping is turned off, they have to sign up for each site separately.

Umm...

Each site has a site ID.
Or should have a site ID when configuring.

Perhaps set-ups are being done wrong, by "ProfessionaL" business men?
Not surprising really.

Fucken crack heads.

..yeah, and when you merge them the accounts track hits thru account 0000, atleast when sites are set up as ccbill recommends.
Sales show up on correct site ID, hits don't.
So before you call names, check your facts 'Professional'.

Same here.

cykoe6 09-25-2005 12:02 PM

Thinkx can you please clarify. Should I be putting the subaccount in each link or be sending them all to 0000 like CCBill says? I cannot figure out what has been decided on that. Currently I am sending them all to 0000 which sucks. :question

DirtyDanza 09-25-2005 12:05 PM

Dear Webmaster,

I have spoken with one of our programmers and was informed that it is not
possible at the moment to track subaccounts by sales per click. While it
will show sales, which you have already seen, sales per click is not an
option as of right now. The only work around for this would be to disable
the grouping that you have setup.

Amazing how much alienq's arrogant 'know it all' answer managed to annoy me. lol. I never get annoyed, but now I went thru the trouble of finding this from my old mails. :1orglaugh :1orglaugh

yeah you're right, but the good thing is that you can create as many ccbill affiliate accounts under the same account. i have sites where i have 5 of them setup for the same site to track different traffic sources. not the most advanced or easiest systems, but it works.
