100,000 Iraqi War Protesters in front of White House
The protest is currently in it's second day. Do you think GWB is getting the message?

If the message is "drum circles suck" I'm sure he's getting the message loud and clear.
I wonder if those people even realise Bush hasint been in Washington and or at the White House for the past 3 days.
What? You mean there's something happening in the world besides hurricanes?
Bush just doesn't care he's above all of us don't you know that by now?
I don't really see the reason why they would waste their time to protest. They aren't gonna get anywhere besides tire themselves out.

They are waisting thier time and effort. Bush does not give a shit what the US thinks. He is on a financial rampage, to make as much as he can before they boot him out.
Fucking hippies. Where's the jack booted thugs with tear gas, water cannons and attack dogs?! Break out the rubber bullets!!

he ain't home. if he was he wouldn't give a fuck anyway! people have been protesting wars since the beggining of time. never made any difference. streakers at a ball game get more attention. |

That may be the perception... and of course perception is everything. :) Like we "won" Vietnam, Pearl Harbor blah blah... Real life facts along with any detail or history are to be avoided. |
100,000 people that should probably consider getting jobs.
It reminds me of many years ago when there were fairly large sized protests at Clayquot sound on Vancouver Island. Protesters would block the logging roads so none of the equipment or loggers could get through. On television, a protester was interviewed saying he "didnt care if these people got to work or not, it wasn't his problem.". One Monday at like 4Am in the morning, myself and about 50 other guys went to the protester camp and blocked all the entrances in and out with vehicles. Around 6:30 the weekend warrior protesters started trying to leave to go to their actual jobs. They were pretty upset that we wouldn't let them leave for work. Not even one of them got the irony. Ahh good times. |
