Looking for QUALITY website designer & graphics
 

Ok I am looking for a website designer NOT to do a paysite tour or anything like that.

Specifications:

- must be available for immediate start.
- must use ICQ.
- must have portfolio of past work.
- must be able to create professional graphics for the design.
- reasonable negotiable price

All the site specifications have been written and a clear plan of exactly what is needed can be provided.

Payment for services rendered can be made by Paypal or International wire.
