Hotmail blocked us ?
 

Strange thing happend last night. We run a clean double optin/opt mail list. Have run it for years without a problem. Then last night when checking auto bouncers as we were sending a mail slot I noticed a higher than normal ratio of emails being removed as they were flagged as bounced. Checked our software to make sure all was ok, then I checked the bounce list. Over 3500 accounts came back as bounced, all of them hotmail accounts. I can only presume hotmail has suddenly blacklisted either our email or our server network. Anyone else had this problem and if so anything that can be done about it ?
Hell we even had surfers emailing in asking where their mailshots were as we send out free spanking smut daily etc. Help :helpme

I'm sure it is automated and if enough ppl flag your mail as spam they block it all. Best thing you can do is contact them directly. You will probably also have to have subscribers add you to their list as not being spam.

Yeah this is what I thought, but strange how it just happend last night - bang 3500k of accounts flagged as bounced. Im thinking of changing the list to another network, new emails etc
