I've been having a shitty run of it, lately...not doing anything different, yet everything ends up going into the shitter, under no fault of my own...I'm going to hawaii in a couple weeks (yea i know, how bad could life be?), but i'm pretty damn sure the plane will crash and i'll be the only one who dies...although now that i think about it, it would almost be a relief...

Yes, I do. Best thing to do is completely change your direction for a week or so. Come back and see how things are. Or try helping someone for charity.
