I don't see any announcements on financial sites yet...

I don't think you'll find any. Theres no press release on Playboy's Corprate site about it. I just tried calling Investor Relations but they're closed. I'll give them a call tomorrow.

It will still take a few weeks before it becomes public so let the people play with their numbers :)
