Old People Die In Bus Explosion...Driver Only Had Mexican Driver's License..
There's some fucked up shit on the news where they found out the bus driver of that bus of old people fleeing Hurricane Rita that burst into flames and killed many of them only had a Mexican driver's license.
How the fuck does a bus company in America allow this shit? Then it came to find out that the bus company had been cited many times for safety violations?? And there are politicians saying we should give illegal aliens driver's licenses. Could you picture Thais with American driver's licenses???? |
I'm sure his mexicain driver's license wasn't the cause of the fire..
|
wow I never knew Mexican driver's license were explosive. man no wonder boarder duty is so dangerous....

My class A CDL with Passenger Endorsement and Haz Mat, Doubles and Tripples is valid here (in Mexico). This is a stupid assed thread. :321GFY A-S-T |
Greg B, you're a tool... I don't even know why I click on your threads. All those people die and all you're worried about is the bus driver having a Mexican drivers license?
|
Old news, this was early this morning.
BTW, the explosion was caused by the oxygen tanks the old people had. If you want to blame anyone, blame them. |
I'll fucking tell you, I've had a 53 foot tripple axle semi with a pusher on the power unit in every major city in the US and Canada at one time or another.
I drive a car in Mexico on a daily basis, but I couldn't imagine driving a semi down here. If you can drive in Mexico, you can drive anywhere. And in Mexico you actually have to take a driving test, not like the CDLs Chicago was selling :1orglaugh . |

Due to international treaties, valid driver licenses that are issued in other countries are valid in the USofA as well.
This thread is like saying my Oklahoma DL isn't valid in Kansas or California.. Sheesh. |
I heard the driver saved a bunch of them

his driving wasnt the fault.

How is that incorrect? You yourself just said that it's the oxygen tanks that exploded -lol. |
Was the license a plastic card or paper? Yea.. can see both could be explosive devices.....
Forgetting the idiot crap about the license... that is one very sad incident. |

Exactly. He is just the driver. |

I was not questioning the explosion of the oxygen tanks. Quote:

As far as I know the brakes on the bus caught on fire (for who knows what reason, looked like a newer bus) which somehow caused the oxygen tanks to explode. The news said the driver survived and helped a lot of people off the bus as well.
I'm still not sure what it matters where he was issued his license. I've driven in Mexico and I gotta say it was organized chaos. I loved driving down there... I only wish it was like that here. |

My point is about the driver not causing it, which is the top of this thread. |
Opps... topic of this thread.

Whether liability is on him is another matter. Looks more like haste made waste. He might have snagged that bus at the last minute not inspecting it himself. Same disclosure happened not too long ago with a bunch of seniors heading to Vegas. They authorities did random stops to check buses and busted dudes driving buses that had rotten breaks and other violations. Drivers said they didn't inspect the buses they just drove them, yet the news crews showed how drivers were supposed to check their vehicles first. |

That's not all I was worried about, but that's what you wanted to read into it. You remind me of those thread whore shills who butt into people's threads cause your sponsor can't stand someone else getting attention. Better yet, don't eat shit and die, shit's too expensive to waste on ya. |
fucking sad way to go - RIP

No, the explosion was caused by lighting farts. :disgust |

I'm from Canada, if I go to the USA do I have to stop driving at the boarder? |
