Wow, am I reading this right? They sell for about $17,000 each?
|
holy shit
|
good stuff Asher! :thumbsup
|
A present from Acacia?
|
Awesome stuff Asher.... glad to see ya posting more on the boards.
|
I couldn't imagine that pictures shot from that camera will look any better than
pics shot from a 35mm DSLR camera....especially for internet use. One can up the standard of their still photography just by working hard and striving for quality and excellence in their work. A 22 MegaPixel Hassy does not guarantee great photography :winkwink: |

why spend the money for that expensive camera when you photoshop the pics to death anyways... :2 cents:
|
Very fuckin nice
|
If you're doing print work, it's ideal!!!

Thats the idea, glad someone got that :thumbsup |
No more film? All digital?
Uh oh. |
i gotta agree with dean. wtf does a 22mp camera have to do with my 72dpi monitor?
if you were having a gallery show maybe, but for web content, it's overkill. do you guys know the processing time for 120mb files in PS? lol |

Why is the shutter and ISO ranges seemingly so constrained?
Just because it is only for model shoots, etc? |
Fuck your camera. Adress the fact that all of our names ended up in Acacias hands due to your company.
|
Sweet camera

I'll take Matrix the Content for 600 Alex... http://www.topiclink.com/gameshows/i...alextrebek.jpg |
I know someone who has that camera, they do the most amazing posters and Pictures.
Good Buy. When can we expect our content with the new Camera? |
Still content is dead. Glad I made my bucks in the good ole days.
|
Badass camera and I would say that there is still plenty of market left for stills. Of course you already know this though.

You can expect the new content provided through the hassleblad within the next week, starting next week it will be all we shoot on. This is very exciting, I can't wait to see how these next few sets come out, the first model to be shot on it, will probably be Kaiya Lynn for next week...... |

More important in my opinion, which one is going to make you the MONEY, the drama or the content. The content speaks/sells for itself..... :pimp |
You're dropping MOVIES and going for STILLS? Kinda sucks... people are looking for movies and shooting for magazines suck donkey cock too.

No, not at all. We are also shooting our own video content through both of our Sony High Definition 1080i HDR-FX1 Cameras :thumbsup |
One hell of a camera :thumbsup
|
Great camera! I'm sure the stills will be great.
Now all ya gotta do is get someone behid a video camera that will at least try to aim at the girls in your solo videos. :) |
for the web its a waste ,for most the part its a waste unless your shooting for huge gallery prints. Considering most on still on dial up huge files lose customers not gain them. All that said congrats on your purchase :)

No argument, there were a few of them where someone else was shooting the videos, they weren't up to the norm, have you checked out our hardcore videos? They were shot by Bentley, much higher quality! :thumbsup |

sure the pix will look nice, but the truth is there is MUCH less lens selection in MF hardware, and for internet these digital back cameras are less capable than full frame canon bodies (Canon EOS-1Ds Mark II, etc.) you really need zooms when shooting smut and working fast. hassy has very limited zoom selection, and the ones they have are slow compared to newest generation 35mm based gear. nowadays jap lenses are the sharpest in the world, and canon is on top right now. (former LF and MF shooter). |
Cant go wrong with Hasselblad! :thumbsup
|
And here I was happy that I got a new fuju finepix camera hot off of one of my models since my old Sony Mavica was broken.
