Is it possible to withdraw funds from ones epassporte account to the local bank account? If not, how do I get my sponsor-money there?

get an ATM card ($35). but it has a withdraw limit of $320/day.

does it work to transfer money from epassporte to moneybookers? what's the commission then?

atm card is a debit card. you can withdraw funds with atm only.
virtual card is for internet use. it's free. but for me it haven't got accepted in paypal, stormpay, 2checkout and many more sites. so, i doubt that it will be accepted in moneybookers.

hm that sucks... I live outside the us, so I need to pay fairly high fees for every check I cash in... I thought that I could maybe avoid these fees by using epassporte, transferring it to moneybookers and then to my bank.

so why dont you order an epassporte electron (ATM) card. i live in eastern europe and i had the same problem before. but i ordered an ATM card. now i receive instant payouts, no fees, and i can instantly withdraw cash in any VISA ATM.

FWIW I'm outside the USA and I also have a $500 default daily limit. Seems that there are varying limits and criteria for different people.
