How do you guys handle stress?
you know when the pressures on and you get headaches and feel panicky with blurred vision? what do ya do? seriously this sucks.

Walk on the beach, pop B-vitamins, pop Mag./ Cal., massage, deep breathing, no caffeine, etc..

As for several others, something physical works for me. When I was younger it was rugby and cross-country running; later on I slowed down to gardening; and these days it's tai chi. Gardening worked best, because I could spend as long doing it as I needed and also enjoy the results of my work.
That said, I have had some seriously high-pressure jobs over the years and never come close to the symptoms that you described. You don't say what the source of your stress is, but I suspect you are going to have to tackle that rather than just trying to find ways to cope. |
I usually end up falling asleep. No idea why, but everytime I get stressed, I feel very sleepy.
