person to person transfer, someone you trust can do the transaction for you... meaning that you send 100 to someone who wants to empty some funds out of their paypal, and they paypal it to someone from their paypal account.. of course people usually ask for a small percentage fee

edit : btw i don't want the 5 bucks, consider that a freebie

You send someone $100 via epass, then that person sends you paypal (less transaction fee)...
