Somehow though, the hurricanes are only being produced in areas that hurricanes naturally form in. I mean, if a hurricane hit Seattle, L.A., New York, Washington D.C., and New Orleans at once, I'd worry.


Now, in this case, A MASSIVE hurricane hit Texas in 1963, and hurricanes have happened all up and down the gulf coast. These ARE areas that have been hit by hurricanes before. There are no NEW areas where hurricanes don't naturally form. So just taking those odds, those odd are:

Ok, so let's consider your theory. For me to accept that your idea is possible, I have to also consider for sure that it is possible that it was natural as both of these hurricanes formed in areas that have been hit by powerful hurricanes before.

If this hurricane had hit Seattle, I would believe you.

How about consider global warming? Do you consider that as well? I would say, if I have to consider:


1. Naturally occuring hurricane
2. Weapon-made hurricane hitting areas of previous hurricanes
3. hurricanes produced by global warming effects

Which do you most believe? I'm asking the poster of this thread to put the above in the order of which he believes is most likely to have caused these hurricanes.

Unless you knew specifics of this weapon, you can not tell me what is "easiest" for "them".


Since we both can speculate at this "weapon" I will state that it is my belief if such a weapon existed, it would have to be a storm "creator" instead of what you are suggesting, a storm "enhancer".


If they can just create storms, they would create a colossal staggering amount of them, anywhere, anytime, all the time. Why would they choose only a few big ones, in the same area with common hurricanes?

Besides, don't you think global warming can play a part, or do you choose to ignore the natural possibility because you WANT it to be a secret organization?

It wouldn't surprise me at all if there was a weather control device. But I doubt we will find out about it any time soon. Because it would be "top secret" and by definition that means we won't find out about it because non of us are spys.

And if you think about it logically. If you did have a secret weather control device and created a hurricane in Montana. You weather machine wouldn't be a secret for very long would it?
