by the time rita reaches texas, it won't be the same hurricane anymore. in other words, people are running for their lives for no reason...once it reaches land it probably won't be that bad. everyone is just freaking out because of katrina. rita is still 350 miles out from galveston and has already been downgraded to a category 4 from 5...
