Personally I am moving forward constantly but my biggest frustration is lack of time which I`m sure many people share.

Not really..I tend to take it day by day

its only traffic traffic traffic, since a few weeks im checking my traffic stats daily and its a great boost to work

have a solid biz plan, solid goals and timelines. Its no different then any other bizz.
you cant change, fix, or capitalize on what you dont measure.

I'm always tweaking shit and have set goals for myself. I also make sure I put in a certain amount of work each day. Usually I go beyond what I expect of myself on a per day basis.

The time factor is definately a big one and can be frustrating at times. I agree.

every year we set up goals for the year and review them on the 2 nd day of the new year :)

i have both a daily schedule & future goal plans written down in a notebook..some days though, i just take it day by day & "just roll with it" lol

I have financial goals I set based on my age. I'm about 1 year behind schedule right now :(

Both, I have to set goals/targets for myself. Setting goals allows me to focus on what I want to achive and what steps to take to get there. Also, when I have a nice plan, less distractions. :pimp

You have to take each day as they come, not only do I learn something new everyday, I find ways to be more effective and efficient, so you have to adapt to everyday changes that are made. :2 cents:

I've got a lot of goals I want to achieve with m y websites but lack of time (and sometimes lack of design and coding skills!) holds me back.. I guess I should outscource, but I don't want fuckers stealing my ideas....I'm greedy bastard!

We have a plan for our site ....its a third string income right now but we hope it will overtake the others by Spring 2007..

Yes I have personal whis list :1orglaugh , to reach girls and documenting the stories (no photos no video - its personal :angel ). In biz I have mix of 50/50 what i must do what ever it is planned or not is the first 50. And the second 50 is ad-hoc thinking and generating my work progress and outputs. May be in adult are not outputs in the same meaning as in other biz :error ? :helpme I wish to be more fluent and succesful in this field as i am (or was) in different fields of dotbiz ... What you can suggest me as I am new in position at established company with realy long history.
