Hey, how's that possible? I didn't know that and, in fact, I just took a look and I have no idea how to do it. :)

Go to http://www.yourblog.com/wp-admin/post.php and scroll down to the 'Advanced' section.
There you will see the Post Date. Set this in the future and it will not be posted until that date. You will also be reminded about the post in queue at the top of the admin. :)
