Recent news coverage has made everyone deathly afraid of hurricanes. There have been people riding out these storms forever. Now obviously you don't sit your ass in a hotel on a beachfront or stay in a house below sea level but for the most part it's not as big of a deal as everyone makes it.

9mm does not have the stopping power of the .45

The .45 was created to be a one shot stop round. The need happened during and after the Spanish-American war when Moros from the Phillipines would rush towards American Servicemen with their .38 revolvers killing them even after they emptied their sidearm into them.

This is the same problem affecting the 9mm. There is renewed interest in our military for the .45 and even the .40. There are quite a few LEO that are switching to the .45 as well.

as a side note, that wolf ammo is very bad for your gun. the cheap powder and casings contain chemicals that will quickly foul your gun.

then of course there are diff types of ammo that can turn a relatively weak gun like a .38 into a man stopper

Wolf has switched to a new polymer in the last year & will not foul your weapon anymore. But yes it is cheaper & less accurate in many cases.

Great for shooting out of a cheap AK though.
