your host should be able to do it unless its a unmanged box.

ya the host will do that for you most of the times.

Assuming you are running some version of Unix and not a windows server - either you can go into the config file (if you have root access) and change it to enabled - or call the host tech support and they can change it for ya - its in the normal install for most unix's and just needs to be turned on
