I'm not sure what these knuckle head surfers are doing. One says he's on aol 9.0 optimized. I used one of our test machines with aol on it, and it worked perfectly.

If used an AOL test machine that rules it out. Only thing left is Operator Error... surfer probably has a shitty machine, ISP probs, or adware spyware infestation that makes his box run like crap.
