Amusing story about Adult Date Link
 

I was looking for a dating sponsor to fill a particular niche site. So, I decided to check out the niche dating sites at Adult Date Link. I wanted to poke around and see how many obviously fake profiles there were vs. real profiles, so I had to create my own profile in order to see the search results. So, I threw up some bullshit profile, poked around the site, and I thought that was the end of it.

A few minutes later, I get this message on Yahoo messenger from some asshat who tracked me down on ADL:

[16:12] papa***: i got one or i wouldnt have got your name ...lol

At first I thought for sure it was a bot, but obviously not.

I hope most people who sign up to ADL aren't like me and use the same screen names on their messenger accounts. Kinda makes paying to join useless, eh? :winkwink:

btw...this thread isn't meant to flame Adult Date Link or malign their program in any way. They're a great sponsor and I may be using them in the future.
