a bunch of guys strumming some racket on some kinda "insturment" they call a guitar mixed with a bunch of guys who couldnt read as kids so they banged on pots and pans and then eventually gratuated to "drums".

everytime i hear a guitar i turn off the music, it is purely annoying.

unless you are shooting a mass load of heroin or hooked on some kind of paranormal drug i do not understand how you like can rock.

dance to rock
fall asleep to rock

when i think of rock music i think of a bar full of sweaty white guys all rubbing up on eachother and going home to have sex with there coke addict/stripper wife.

can someone please explain the appeal of this noise they call rock "music" being blasted into your ear sounding like a jet engine taking off can possibily be enjoying?

Music is art and art in in the eye of the beholder...to pass judgement on a genre of music is flatly raising your hand to admit how little you know about music.....and how narrow minded and shallow a person is by saying "if i dont like then it must suck" and of course when someone expresses the same about what you are into then they are full of shit....

the majority of my circle of friends listens to rock, a few actually being in a band, one of my friends looks like he is trapped in the 70s. :1orglaugh

I love all music... not that I want to convert you as it sounds like it just misses the mark with your taste etc.

but.... If you were to get Jimi Hendrix and listen to it not have it as background white noise you may see what people mean by bringing an instrument to life.... Hendrix has a way of giving that guitar its own ability to communicate...its own soul

whatever other people say rock music still rulez for me.
