When a surfer is cookied, who gets credit for the sale, the webmaster who planted the cookie first or second? In other words, if I send a surfer to teh tour at 11am, and someone else sends the same surfer to the same tour at 11:30am and teh surfer buys a membership, who gets credit for the sale, the first person or the second?

If they didn't sign up for the 1st person, than the 2nd person should get the sale. Sounds fair, right?

NATS will give credit to whoever most recently sent the surfer.

how can it be the last? if the surfer signs up for site A at 11:00AM, the first webmaster get the credit instantly...if you send the same surfer to the same site again at 11:30, he is already member, so he wont sign-up. If you send him to another site, you get credit...
