It's no where near the coast.

i dont think he is from texas per se, think he just ended up there.

course if his ranch is in west texas, that could explain some of all of this mess, west texas is a strange place.

Most people think he is a Texan or from Texas, which he is not. He is a yankee.

The ranch is in Crawford, near Waco, about 60 miles south of Dallas.

His ranch is not in West Texas.

It's in Central Texas, I know where Crawford is, been there b4 (not much to see, maybe a few stop signs). It's a long way from the coast. Crawford's just a little outside of Waco and about an hour or so from Austin.

Not saying I claim Bush....he wasn't a good governor either.

Oh yeah, and my high school actually played them (Crawford) in basketball. Pretty sad huh.
