Get 20 of these emails a day in the past week or so.
Its sickening...

Same guy that is spamming a lot of webmasters using a lot of different programs.
I get 200+ a day from this guy.
Again sponsor programs don't care as long as they make a buck.

If sponsors aren't going to monitor their programs, they'll be hit with massive fines like the seven companies got hit with a couple months ago. Combined with affiliate backlash.

I'm also getting like 50-100 of those a day. Same ones that eventaully take you to spa. but i make them go direclty to my spam folder..

I have those exact e-mails, ~200 the past 48hours?

So far Mozilla Thunderbird has idenitified 99% of them and automatically moved them into my Junk folder.

They basicly legalize spam, and lay down a set of rules, and people cant fucking follow them.

When did you file a complaint about this ? who did you send it to ? how many complaints have you filed?

...and do you really thing SpaCash would do shit about this spammer? If theyre bringing in sales, theyre just going to term them and tell them to sign back up, been there, dont that.

hey man, this is an epidmeic. not only have i recently started getting blasted with spam, but its to my airek at rage cash email address. and i only use that here. some fucker is spidering and harvesting gfy.

i got literally 20 fucking surfer spams today. i got no prob with people spamming my fucking yahoo addresses, but you step on the rage server with that shit and i got issues with you.

one is a company called www.damcash.com, they are about to get owned.

one is a entire site network owned by Silver Panther LLC out of Greece which i did some looking into. they have several spamhaus and rokso entries.

there are a few other companies that i am about to blasto on. 20 emails in about 4 hours it started today.

bad publicity is bad publicity, some sponsors still accept mailing traffic, some don't, but nobody likes bad publicity. emailing webmasters is a big no-no. If you sent gerard the FULL details (like full headers etc ) they wont want him back, trust me.

Let's say someone signs up for one of those free email prgrams and enters your email ? is it spacash's fault ? I notice sextracker sent you an email, if you werent signed up for sextracker would you blast sextracker for it ?? mistakes do happen. In this case it seems pretty clear this guy is a mailer , and my instinct says this is the same guy who has sent me numerous emails that he obviously got from a webmasters list ( totally unacceptable ).

Lets say i noticed you were my competition on google adwords , so i use your ref code and email a bunch of webmasters sex sites to get them canned. Would it be fair to can you without talking to you ?

The best way to call out a sponsor for accepting "illegal" email spam is to document everything..

I would trust your thread alot more if you said.....

On april 4th i sent [email protected] a full description of the email the headers the website in question and the ref code. I continued to recieve email for ____ amount of time.. I tried to manually remove my email from the system and i still recieved email. It has now been one month and no action has been taken..
