im getting this error on a script that I installed can anyone tell me what i need to look for to fix it?

That may be difficult to diagnose without seeing the script ...

Open global.inc.php and check out line 136. fread() requires the second parameter to be the # of bytes to read from the given file pointer. The error says you specificied 0 bytes.
